SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic (USA) shipping only. Packages are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Free shipping for orders over $150.00 USD. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the fee will be displayed during the checkout process. (Shipping fee will vary depending on size and value of artwork.) Orders will be prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note, because I use the USPS, shipping time could be delayed for Federal Holidays or USPS related issues/delays. Tracking numbers will be emailed for all orders.
All orders are packaged myself to ensure my artwork arrives safely to you! You can trust that every reasonable precaution is taken during packaging preparation to protect your piece(s) during its transit to you.
RETURNS POLICY
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any artwork or product purchased on my website or in person. However, if anything has happened to the items in your order during delivery, or if you have any issues with the items in your order, then please do contact me. I will connect with you to see what, if anything, can I do for you to rectify the situation. This rectification is at my discretion. Refunds, if any offered, will only be processed once the returning artwork/item is received
